Friday morning...
Friday, September 10, 2010 at 9:26AM It is such a beautiful day here in DC! The hot hot summer appears to be over and it was nice to wake up to a cool crisp morning.
Just now someone came into the building asking if they could pray in the sanctuary! Each week we welcome people who escape the chaos of the city and come to our sanctuary for some quiet prayer or time to reflect. It's a blessing to be part of a church which has its doors open!
Today proves to be a wonderful day at National City -
From 12:15-1:00 p.m. our fall Organ Recital kicks off with our own Charles Miller playing for us today. Join us!!!!
At 5:45 p.m. the Young Adults will gather to head north to Camp Mary Mac for a weekend retreat. So far we have about 15 attending!!
